All catering menus are freshly prepared in our NJ health-inspected commercial kitchen and transported to your site as follows:


  • Dropped off for Self-service
  • Delivered, set-up, served, and cleaned up by our waitstaff
  • Prepared on-site with full staff (Manager, Cooks, Servers, Bartenders)

Please order 24-48 hours in advance for delivery or 15-30 days in advance for on-site events.
There is an 8-person minimum for deliveries and a 40-person minimum for events.

DELIVERY GUARANTEES
There is a full refund of the contracted price for cancelled drop-off orders if we are notified 48 hours or more prior to delivery time. 50% will be refunded if order is cancelled 47-24hrs prior. There are no refunds for orders cancelled less than 24 hours prior to delivery time.
Delivery is FREE within a 5 mi radius of our commissary. Delivery fees outside that range are $0.55/mi.
Add $15 for each wire chafing unit if needed. $5 per unit refunded if returned next day.

FULL SERVICE EVENT GAURANTEES
There is a full refund of the contracted price for cancelled on-site (staffed) events if we are notified 10 days or more prior to event date. 50% will be refunded if event is cancelled 9-4 days prior to event date. There are no refunds for orders cancelled less than 96 hours prior to event start time
