Menu Policies

In the event of cancellation of a confirmed catering delivery or pick up, the following cancellation fees will apply:

4+ days: no charge

3 days: 10% of total

Less than 3 days: 50% of total
Refunds on cancellations due to extenuating circumstances will be considered on an individual basis and are made at Foodini LLC’s sole discretion.
Menu Changes:
No menu or amount changes can be made after the menu is confirmed with deposit or full payment. By placing your order, Customer understands and agrees to Foodini LLC’s change and cancellation policy, terms and conditions.-
Foodini LLC and/or its agents shall not be liable for any damage to or loss of property entrusted to its employees. Customer shall be liable for any damage to or loss of property rented to Customer which may be caused by Customer or guests of the Customer.

Menu changes, quantities ordered and guest count reductions may not be made after the event is confirmed with deposit or full payment. If feasible, and approved by Foodinis, any such change(s) may be considered on an individual basis and are made at Foodini LLC’s sole discretion. Increase in guest count will also be considered a change to the menu. Customer understands and agrees to Foodini LLC’s change and cancellation policy, terms and conditions.
Delivery / Pickup Catering
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation of a confirmed (paid) delivery or pick up, the following refunds will be made:

72+ hours notice, 100% refunded

71-24 hrs notice, 75% refunded

Less than 24 hrs, no refund
Refunds on cancellations due to extenuating circumstances will be considered on an individual basis and are made at Foodini LLC’s sole discretion.
Menu Changes:
You may make changes to your order up to 48 hrs prior to your requested pick-up or delivery time. No changes may be made if less than 48 hours prior.

There is a $80 minimum for catering delivery.
There are no minimums for pick -up.
All paid Catering deliveries & pick ups come with the contracted food items and serving pieces for the food. Any additional items, such as chafing dishes, Tableware, (plates, utensils, napkins, cups etc..) & set-up can be accommodated at an additional charge.

Deposits and Balances
50% refundable deposit required to hold your requested catering event date. Final guest count and balance due 10 days prior to the event date. Please see our cancellation policies below.

No menu substitutions, deletions or reductions may be made less than 7 days prior to the event. Additional items added onto the menu will be accommodated at the discretion of Foodinis Catering.

Foodini LLC and/or its agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage to property entrusted to its employees. Customer understands and agrees to Foodini LLC’s change and cancellation policy, terms and conditions

There is a $2000 menu minimum for Foodinis to provide full service, on site catering (cooks, servers, bartenders cooking and serving you at your event).
There is no menu minimum for “drop off catering with server(s)” [and Bartender if applicable]. One server is needed per 20 guests and one bartender per 50 guests. Both are charged at a flat rate of $300 per event (up to 6 hrs starting and ending at Foodini’s commissary in Neptune NJ 07753).
Kids ages 4 – 9, 50% off
Kids 3 years and under eat freeAll catering event packages come with the contracted food items, serving pieces, chafing dishes with 3 hours of sterno fuel (if applicable).
Any additional items, such as Staff, Equipment & Rentals (Tents,Tables,Linens, Chairs, Tableware,etc..) can be accommodated at an additional charge.
